Rather quickly, Leslie had an offer on the property, but because Bank of America was dragging their feet, the buyer pulled out. This did not phase Leslie because within a few days she had another offer. The situation ended in a short sale rather than foreclosure and I have no doubt that it is because Leslie Myers was there to help us!
